Our Mission

At Quivira Heights Church of Christ, our mission is to foster a strong sense of community, grow in faith, and serve those in need. Through our Mission Initiatives, we actively work towards creating a positive impact within our congregation and the wider community. Our belief in the teachings of Christ guides us as we strive to make a difference.

Programs and Outreach Efforts

We offer a variety of programs and initiatives aimed at promoting personal growth, strengthening bonds, and reaching out to those in need. Our outreach efforts are an essential part of our mission. We believe that by showing love, compassion, and kindness, we can make a positive impact on the lives of others.

1. Community Service

Community service lies at the heart of our Mission Initiatives. We organize regular events and initiatives that allow us to serve and support individuals and families in need within our community. From food drives and clothing donations to volunteering at local shelters and organizing community clean-up projects, we are committed to lending a helping hand to those who require it.

2. Youth Empowerment

We are dedicated to nurturing the potential of our youth, helping them grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically. Through various youth-focused programs, workshops, and mentoring, we aim to empower our younger generation to become leaders and compassionate individuals who positively contribute to society.

3. Spiritual Development

Spiritual growth is a core aspect of our Mission Initiatives. We provide a multitude of opportunities for individuals to deepen their understanding of faith, explore their beliefs, and strengthen their relationship with God. Through engaging sermons, Bible study groups, and spiritual retreats, we create a supportive environment for individuals to connect with their spirituality.

4. Community Engagement

We actively seek meaningful collaborations and partnerships within our local community. By engaging with other organizations, churches, and community groups, we aim to collectively address social issues, promote unity, and create a stronger, more inclusive community. Through joint initiatives, we strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of those around us.
